Betsy LavoletteBetsy received her MA in second language studies from the University of Hawai'i and her BS in mathematics and apparel and textile design from Michigan State University. She taught English as a second/foreign language in Japan and Hawai'i and has worked as an instructional designer, translator (Japanese to English), and copy editor.
